The Birasla Engineering Electric Water Heater (EWH) Safety Testing Panel is a complete automated quality assurance solution designed for manufacturers of storage and instant water heaters. The system performs all critical electrical safety tests, displays real-time results on an integrated HMI, and generates a unique QR code containing the complete test report for each unit.
The generated QR code is printed as a durable sticker and applied directly to the water heater during assembly, enabling complete product traceability throughout manufacturing and after-sales service.
In the event of a failed test, the system automatically generates a FAIL Sticker showing the failed parameter and measured value, allowing production personnel to quickly identify and rectify the fault before retesting.
